HISTORY

Professor Molotok was a member of the Crimson Host, a Soviet metahuman strike team operating in late 1940 / early 1941. Under orders of the Soviet state these metahumans were sent to New York City to eliminate their predecessor, Vladimir Sokov, the original Red Lantern. Green Lantern Alan Scott was also marked for termination for aiding Sokov.

The Lanterns were soon aided by the Justice Society of America with members of the Crimson Host battling various members of the JSA. The true battle was with the Lanterns. As it appeared Major Blaze's victory against the pair was short-lived. Sokov recovered his strength and, in a localized explosion of pure rage, apparently vaporized Professor Molotok and her comrades in the Crimson Host.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Professor Molotok was one of the Soviets experiments with the Crimson Flame. She wields a hammer and sickle in battle. Her full powers have not been documented.
