HISTORY

The being known as Tomar Re wields the Red Level of Light, in his admission having stolen it, therefore becoming an Anomaly. Little else is known about his life, nor his conflict with the Blackstars and Controller MU.

Recently, Tomar Re and MU Both became aware of an another Anomaly, this of the Green Level of Light, Jo Mullein of Earth.

While both search for the Green Anomaly, Tomar Re handily defeated a group of Blackstars that had laid waste to planet J586 and a trio of Abin Surs. Tomar Re crushed the Black Hand Kilowog sending the remains of the slain Weaponer as a message to Controller MU.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Tomar Re can create durable constructs such as sphere, Shields and cubes, but unlike other wielders of the Red Level, uses this power not only as defense but to attack.
