Synopsis: - Tempest, Argent and Damage investigate a town where the people have suddenly become terrified of water - they discover them to be somewhat under the control of a woman called the Siren who wants to keep them out of the sea. She takes control of Damage, giving him the same fear, but this is cured when he almost drowns. Tempest then captures the Siren, and the others cause a controlled flood of the village, curing the inhabitants through shock therapy similar to Damage's.
- Meanwhile Arsenal and Troia go on a dinner date and later Vandal Savage frees the Siren.
