Synopsis: - The Titans and the kids (along with Rose, Lian, Dolphin and Cerdian) go for a picnic in a scrapyard while also testing the kids powers. The D.E.O. arrive on the scene to take the kids back, as they escaped from one of their orphanages some time ago. The Titans are able to bring the resulting conflict to a fairly swift close, but are not sure what to do, as the kids are legally wards of the state. Nightwing decides to exert some pressure by digging up the dirt on the D.E.O.'s director in an attempt to blackmail him into leaving the kids alone. However, the Director has other plans...
