HISTORY
Organized by the 2000 Committee and used by the villainous Lazarium, the time-gimmicked super-villains Chronos, Clock King, Time Commander, and Calendar Man banded together as the Time Foes and were defeated by the Team Titans. Later, they appeared stealing time-based technology, but were approached by the Lord of Time who notified them of the effects of the Zero Hour. They have not been seen as a team since.
