Synopsis:

Superboy, Robin and Impulse are approached by their mentors who give them the offer of a joining a new group of Teen Titans. Wonder Girl, who is having difficulty finding a school that will accept her, is approached by Starfire, as Wonder Woman is against the idea. The four of them arrive at the new Titans Tower in San Francisco, where they are met by Starfire, Changeling and Cyborg, but barely talk to one another. That night, Robin gets an e-mail from someone calling themselves 'Snapdragon', an e-mail that contains the information that Superboy's DNA is 50 percent Kryptonian and 50 percent human, with the human donor being Lex Luthor.
