HISTORY

Sveva was a member of the United Planets Lantern Corps, specifically operating under the elite and often ruthless Shadow Lantern subgroup. Unlike the traditional Green Lanterns, the Shadow Lanterns loyalty is to Lord Premier Thaaros, following his orders. Though fellow Lantern Shynt D'proba began to voice suspicions that Thaaros was using the Shadow Lanterns as pawns and manipulating their connection to their power sources, Sveva bluntly dismissed his concerns as paranoia, reaffirming her status as a "true believer" in the Premier’s vision.

Sveva was later assigned to a four Lantern strike team, which included D'proba, tasked with dispelling a Pirasite incursion. D'proba sacrificed his life to save his fellow Lanterns and break free of Thaaros' control. Sveva and the other Lanterns likely remained unmoved by D'proba’s actions. Her current status is unknown.
