Synopsis: - Lois Lane finally discovers the secret her husband has been keeping from her: that he is still in the employ of the Daily Planet, working to uncover a story that could undermine Lex Luthor. He is currently working undercover at Lexcorp, where he rescues Luthor's bodyguard Hope, who was beaten and allegedly mind-wiped, perhaps at Luthor's direction. Hope is rescued and Clark's story is published. Perry welcomes him back onto the official staff, suggesting that he should take the crime beat for a while, and Lois announces that she has accepted a job offer from Channel 3 as an on-air reporter.
