HISTORY
Shortly after the Blackest Night, Sector House Alpha was established on the planet Grenda as base of operations for the Alpha-Lanterns under the subverted control of Hank Henshaw, the Cyborg Superman.[1] Henshaw had grown the number of Alpha Lanterns partially in an attempt to attract the attention of the former Guardian turned Green Lantern Ganthet.[2]
The facility’s heart was a surgical suite where, after luring Ganthet with the capture of Lantern John Stewart, Henshaw extorted Ganthet into reversing the Alpha Lantern technology. This was Henshaw's desperate bid to regain mortality and finally end his own life.[3]
John Stewart was freed by Lantern Kyle Rayner[4] and with Soranik Natu, other members of the Corps and a massive army of over a billion Grendans eventually laid siege to the facility to liberate their world and defeat Henshaw.[5]
It is presumed Sector House Alpha was dismantled as the Alpha-Lanterns program was ended by the Guardians..
