OVERVIEW
A band of small-time villains contacted by the Monitor shortly before the Crisis. The sextet drew their power from a satellite owned by the rock video channel RTV, and included: Blue Matt (invisibility powers), Cathode (a conductor of electricity), Erase (could dissolve anything), Fast Forward I (could boost the kinetic energy of any moving body), UHF (a sound-manipulator), and Volume (a weight-increaser). The Network was defeated by Superman and Batman in Gotham City and has not been seen since.
