Synopsis:

The Leaguers are still growing, but help begins to arrive. Superman and the Martian Manhunter are able to help airlift them out, and get Aquaman to water, and Snapper Carr goes in search of Green Arrow, who may have an idea where Packrat's shrinking technology came from. The two of them have to go in search of Batman, not a proposition which excites Green Arrow.
Meanwhile Atom makes contact with Thorak and discovers him to be a failure of the Locus project which the League faced in their first year of existence. He also discovers the cause of the Leaguers' massive growth. Batman also locates the Packrat's shrinking ray. Am attempt is made to save the Leaguers' lives, which is derailed by Thorak expelling Firestorm from his systems - he had accidentally absorbed the hero when attacked earlier. However, the combined efforts of all the heroes is able to restore the natural size of all their comrades, though Thorak dies in the process.
Snapper Carr attempts to slip quietly away, still ashamed of the time when he betrayed the Justice League, but is confronted by Green Arrow, who reminds him of the importance of forgiving himself.
