Synopsis: - Dark spirits stir, spirits echoed in a city the Atlanteans wanted to stay lost forever, spirits which try to use the JLA to usher in an age of chaos. But the JLA, working in unity, are too much a symbol of unity, and the dark forces are put to rest.
