Synopsis: - The city is in the midst of a gang war, and Detectives Allen and Montoya stumble upon a group of gangsters from the Burnley Town Massive, as well as Johnny LaMonica, a.k.a. the Black Spider. In the ensuing firefight, Montoya is injured, and Allen shoots and kills Black Spider. Naturally, the Internal Affairs Division have to investigate, but there is a problem in that crime scene officer Jim Corrigan takes a key bullet from the scene and auctions it on the internet, meaning that Internal Affairs cannot get the full facts.
