Synopsis: - Jay Garrick and Max Mercury discover Flash's body, with a note from 'the Suit' saying that Flash has one hour to solve his own murder. Learning the history of the Suit, an empty costume said to be inhabited by the soul of electrocuted criminal Dell Merriwether, Flash sets up a trick to ensure he won't die, but although he succeeds in this, his legs are terribly mangled in the attempt.
