HISTORY

Dome was a key member of the Gray Agents, a self-styled "law enforcement" paramilitary group. He likely derived his codename from the signature spherical glass helmet that housed his life-support system and breathable atmosphere. Under the command of Marshal Rankk, the Agents attempted to bolster their reputation by hunting down the then-renegade Green Lantern, Hal Jordan.

Widely considered the intellectual powerhouse of the team, Dome’s genius was on full display when he successfully bypassed the sophisticated security of Hal Jordan’s cruiser. He effectively neutralized the ship's Artificial Intelligence, Darlene, leading to the swift capture of Jordan's companions, Trapper and Virgo. The prisoners were subsequently transported to the Gray Agents' stronghold within the Quarax Cluster Field.

The Gray Agents’ victory was short-lived. During Jordan’s rescue mission, a fierce skirmish broke out that resulted in the breaching of Dome’s helmet. The crack threatened his life by compromising his internal atmosphere. The immediate intervention of his teammate, Speechmaker, prevented a fatal decompression.

Following the defeat of the Gray Agents at the hands of Jordan, the team retreated into obscurity. Dome and his associates have not been sighted since.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

As stated, Dome is considered a genius though he did not have much opportunity to display this attribute. It is presumed Dome is a skilled fighter and appears to have great strength and endurance.
