HISTORY
A trio of metahumans, Bounty, Inc. would use their powers to track and capture other metahumans of a profit. They wanted to make a name for themselves by taking down Loose Cannon, but found it wasn't worth the risk after witnessing their target in a battle with the Eradicator.
