HISTORY
Dr. Pyotr Orloff, a scientist from the Poleski Institute in Soviet Siberia, attempted to give the power of super-speed to laboratory subjects using steroids, electrodes and genetic meddling. His first group gained speed, but also gained abnormal strength and became particularly dull-witted. The group became Blue Trinity, and made enemies of their more successful successors Red Trinity, as well as the Flash.
