HISTORY

A serial killer who operates in Gotham City, carving a tally mark into his own flesh for each victim. He prefers to prey on young women, but has been known to claim victims from many walks of life. Judged insane, he has often been incarcerated in Arkham Asylum upon his capture by Batman, but equally often escapes to slay again.
