Synopsis: - In Star City, Green Arrow deals with some drug dealers who are running ... bleach, which seems most peculiar. Meanwhile, in New York, Green Lantern encounters alien criminals dealing with the Russian mob. Pursuing them to Star City, he inevitably meets Green Arrow, who is not too fond of him, and by the time the two of them have begun to settle their differences (via their fists), the criminals Green Arrow was pursuing have been burnt to a crisp by the aliens Green Lantern encountered, as their supply of bleach had dried up.
