History

  Zinc was one of the members of the third Metal Men team, robots created by Doc Magnus for minor jobs that the regular Metal Men didn't have the time for. Zinc had a lisp, and was in many ways a dead ringer for Tin. Eventually, the second Metal Men team turned rogue. They were defeated and ultimately destroyed by the real Metal Men.
