History

  The would-be world conqueror Kobra once duplicated several experiments and freak accidents that had taken place in Gotham City during the past decade, in order to build himself a new strikeforce of supervillains. One of the results was the second Zebra-Man, modeled after the original Zebra-Man. As part of Strikeforce Kobra, the villain fought the Outsiders. The conflict ended without either side winning, and with Zebra-Man fleeing the scene. Although a couple of his teammates have shown up since, and a new Strikeforce Kobra was in action a couple of years later, Zebra-Man II has apparently not continued any criminal endeavour.
