History

  An offshoot of the All-Star Squadron, consisting of various young heroes whom the elder All-Stars believed could benefit from guidance and from working with their peers. At first, Sandy was a member of this group, somewhat against his wishes, but the core members became Dyna-Mite, Flying Fox Fury I, Neptune Perkins, Tigress I and Tsunami. Their mentors were Tarantula and Firebrand II. As a group they faced their own troubles, such as Fury's difficulties in controlling the Erinyes who granted her powers and the bigotry directed at the Japanese Tsunami, as well as battling numerous villains and playing a vital role in the war effort.
