History

  At some point during the Weeper's villainous career, he perished and was replaced by his son. The second Weeper continued his father's career of villainy against the heroes of Fawcett City, and also encountered the Joker.

  [Note: Weeper II's encounter with the Joker of Earth 2 does not fit in with current continuity.]
