History

  VULTURE (not V.U.L.T.U.R.E.) was a vast criminal organisation that was repeatedly thwarted and infiltrated by J'onn J'onzz, the Martian Manhunter, before being completely destroyed by him. Their leader was variously known as Mister Vulture, Mister V, and Faceless (a.k.a. Marco Xavier, an identity that J'onn eventually made his own.)
