History

  One of the most decorated Marines to serve in the Vietnam war, Vic Sommers was later blinded by shrapnel from a VietCong landmine. Years later, the second Mockingbird supplied him and five others with high-tech devices to compensate for their disabilities, and made them members of the new Secret Six, a team created to battle crime and espionage that could not be stopped through conventional means.
