History

  Five super-powered beings from the anti-matter world of Qward, modeled themselves after super-heroes of Earth to create their anti-version of the JLA. As the Crime Syndicate, they battled the Justice League, the Justice Society, and the Secret Society of Super-Villains on various occasions. Their leader was Ultraman, a super-strong villain who resembled Earth's Superman. Ultraman and the rest of the Qwardian Crime Syndicate were killed during the Crisis.

  [Pre-Crisis, this Ultraman and his Crime Syndicate were from the parallel world known as Earth-3. Post-Crisis, they had a few flashback cameos as Qwardians.]
