| HISTORY |
A native of the planet Almerac, Ultraa was originally the betrothed of its ruler, Maxima. Arriving on Earth and looking for her, Ultraa was enraged when he saw his former love flirting with Captain Atom and started a brawl before Maxima sent him home. Ultraa later joined the U.N.-governed team called the Leaguebusters, a one-time task force with the mission to take down the Justice League.
[Pre-Crisis, Ultraa was introduced as the first super-hero of Earth-Prime, thus ensuring that Earth-Prime could no longer be described as the world of the readers.]
