History

  The Think Tank is a nano-technology-based supercomputer that uses a pool of water as its central processing unit. The Chief of the Doom Patrol constructed the Think Thank in his ambition to remake the world, atom by atom, according to chaos theory. However, the rest of the Doom Patrol thwarted his plans.
