| HISTORY |
One of the Eternal Champions of the Sornaii, the other-dimensional woman called Starfire was raised since birth as a slave of the Mygorg. As an adult, she broke free from slavery and, joined by several fellow oppressed men and women, started a resistance movement against the tyrannical King Sookarooth, the killer of her lover Dagan. Eventually, Starfire killed Sookarooth, but her final fate has not yet been told.
[Note: Although Swamp Thing #164 said that Starfire II was only a figment of the imagination of Jim "Nightmaster" Rook, this statement can probably be considered apocryphal. The same was said about Stalker, who is definitely "for real" in the DCU.]
