History
Scribbly Jibbet was a young cartoonist in the late 1930s and early 1940s. He was a close friend of Ma Hunkel, a.k.a. Red Tornado I, and is the older brother of Mortimer "Dinky" Jibbet of the Cyclone Kids (these days simply "the Cyclones"). Many years later, Scribbly was the baby-sitter of Sugar and Spike.
