History

  A very serious gambler, Roulette owns an underground Casino for super-villains, where one of the major attractions is the chance to see super-heroes fight one another to the death. Her grandfather was Terry Sloane (Mister Terrific I), and in some twisted fashion she sees this as a tribute to him. She has a particular hatred of the new Mister Terrific, who she feels dishonours Sloane's memory.
