History

  As the solar-powered hero called Rising Sun, Isuma Yasunari is one of Japan's first and prime super-heroes, and the inspiration of later followers like Sunburst (I) and Doctor Light (IV). He is a long-standing member of the Global Guardians, and a warrior at heart.
