History
The personification of the many people who died at the same time as Superman, and whose deaths were made meaningless by Superman's return. The Remnant caused disasters along Doomsday's route to Metropolis on the anniversary of the event, culminating its plan in an attempt to kill Perry White, which was foiled by Superman. It did, however, succeed in distributing a sympathetic article by reporter Ty Duffy to the streets of Metropolis.
