  Grant Wilson was the son of Slade Wilson, who in secret was the super-powered mercenary known as Deathstroke the Terminator. During his entire childhood, Grant heard stories about the amazing Terminator and came to idolize him. As a teen, he was granted an offer by the criminal organization H.I.V.E. to undergo the same treatment as Deathstroke and gain the same superpowers as he had. Grant accepted. His first mission was the elimination of the newly-reformed Teen Titans, and with his powers, he almost succeeded. However, Grant's body couldn't take the strain of his overusing his powers, and he died in battle. The Terminator arrived just in time to watch Grant die, and never got the chance to reveal that he was Grant's own father.
