History

  A few years after the demise of the first Royal Flush Gang, a second team was created by Hector Hammond. The Queen in this Gang was an alcoholic ex-actress named Mona Taylor. Mona and her Gang clashed with various super-heroes - mainly the Justice League, but also the New Titans and Starman - time and again. Recently, however, she became one of the casualties of the Joker's "Last Laugh" venom.
