History

  The Psyba-Rats were originally a team of young hackers who acted as industrial spies. Their members were Razorsharp, Channelman, Hacker (a.k.a. Hackrat), Mega-Biter, and Output. After an attempt to hack into the Wayne Foundation's satellite system, they were stopped by Robin, but managed to get away. After reporting their failure to their boss he tried to kill them all, but only got Mega-Biter and Output. Razorsharp and Channelman were attacked by Venev, giving them superpowers. They and Hackrat have continued their semi-criminal careers.
