Power Ring is Green Lantern’s evil counterpart of the Earth of an Anti-Matter Universe where everything is 'the opposite', and a member of that Earth's Crime Syndicate. Like his Qwardian namesake, Power Ring II allegedly got his power ring from a renegade monk named Volthoom.
Power Ring ceased to exist when Earth 2's universe was destroyed by Krona and subsequently remade. He was, however, remembered by his colleagues and was succeeded by the man who was once his substitute and is now Power Ring III.
