History

  A homicide detective in the Blüdhaven Police Department, Addad is a good man, friendly and not in any way corrupt. He was often frustrated when his superiors told him to stop one investigation or another. His patience was rewarded when a journal kept by Mary Redhorn was able to be used to root out the ;haven;s corruption: he was promoted to Chief of Police.
