Real Name: Dee Tyler
First Appearance: Action Comics Weekly #636 (January 24, 1989)

HISTORY

  Dee Tyler was a student of Sandra Knight (formerly the original Phantom Lady) at her Université Notra Dame des Ombres, and received special training to become a government spy. Instead, she chose to continue the legacy of her mentor as the new Phantom Lady. Dee has worked several times with Starman Will Payton and Rampage. More recently, she helped Starman Jack Knight fight the minions of Culp in Opal City. She is also a member of the JSA Reserves. She has considered staying on as a heroine of Opal, but her final decision is unknown.
