History
Phantasmo was Jean-Marc de Villars, a Frenchman and the son of a human and an Earth Elemental spirit. He had the superhuman ability to make himself intangible and an invulnerability to "Earth substances" such as common metals. Phantasmo was a member of the Young Allies, a team of international young heroes who banded together to oppose the Nazis during World War II, and once cooperated with the American Young All-Stars. Phantasmo has not been seen since 1942, but post-War activities have been hinted at.
