History

  A British traveller community, mostly women, who assisted John Constantine at least twice. Using female natural magic, they saved Earth from the threat of the Fear Machine. Some of the Pagans were killed in the encounter, but Constantine’s friend Zed was among the survivors. Later, two other friends, Marj and Mercury, joined the group. Later, those three helped Constantine learn that he had once had a twin brother that he had strangled in his mother’s womb, a revelation that made John's life change forever. When last seen, Zed, Marj, Mercury, and the rest of the Pagan Nation had settled down in Scotland.
