  Owlman II is kind of an "anti-Batman", in reality Thomas Wayne Jr. of the Earth of an Anti-Matter Universe where everything is "the opposite". He is a member of that Earth's Crime Syndicate, who were recently opposed by the current JLA. He has an affair with Superwoman (III), the wife of Ultraman (II).
