History

  The O.M.A.C. Project, or Omni Mind And Community, was a top-secret government program, set up by Checkmate's Black King, Maxwell Lord. The purpose of this project was to eliminate all metahumans, aliens, and threat level humans, using O.M.A.C. [Observational Matahuman Activity Constructs] Units to eliminate them. Batman's spy satellite, the Brother MK I or Brother Eye, transmitted data to these OMAC Units, who carried out the mission. The O.M.A.C. Project ended when Checkmate and a group of superheroes destroyed Brother Eye.
