  George Sloan is a tough young man and an accomplished amateur racer. Furthermore, he has the meta-human ability to connect any two points with an interdimensional "ramp" through which he can travel, look, or transport things. As Off-Ramp, George was persuaded into joining he so-called Young Heroes, a lesser-known team of super-powered teenagers, who had several exciting adventures together before fading into oblivion. George has a restored hot rod named "Roadshow", with which he, by using his powers, has even been known to explore the far reaches of space. He also has an infant son in Italy, but is apparently bi-sexual, since he is known to have (or will have) a relationship with fellow Young Hero Frostbite.
