History
A foe of the Phantom Stranger who wished to steal the Stranger’s soul to sustain his own dead wife. To his aide, he had some dark entities called the Nether Gods. A final encounter with the Stranger, Cassandra Craft, and Deadman left Seine dead at the hands of the Nether Gods.
