History

  Second only to the Director in command of the 1000, the enigmatic Mindancer took part in the criminal organisation's variety of plans to take control of Metropolis. Mindancer battled Booster Gold when he became involved in stopping their organisation. When the underground headquarters was invaded by the Thorn, Mindancer killed all of the personnel to gain enough power to kill Booster. She failed and her mask was pulled away, revealing an ugly, skeleton face. Mindancer retreated and has not been seen since.
