History

  Alexei Luthor was first seen publicly when war broke out between the European nations of Galonia and Toran. He used his scientific genius to sabotage a peace conference and planned on plunging all of Europe into was, but his machines were defeated by Superman. Luthor escaped but was latter imprisoned with Dan Rivers. Dan Rivers had previously discovered kryptonite and tried to destroy Superman, who blew it away. Alexei then discovered a kryptonite meteor and revealed Superman's weakness the the world. Later in his career, Luthor of Earth 2, met his Earth 1 counterpart and attempted to conquer Earth 3. Earth 3's Luthor became a superhero and stopped them, however. During the Universal Crisis, Alexi was gathered with many other villains to conquer Earth's 4, X, and S. He refused to join because Lex Luthor 1 was in charge. Brainiac then vaporized him.
