History

  Located in San Francisco’s Pyramid Building, the TV station KWHZ is an offshoot of Station Whiz, the radio and TV station owned by Sterling Morris in Fawcett City. Young reporter Billy Batson had a one-time stint as a TV broadcaster at the San Francisco affiliate, but then returned to Fawcett City for a career at the mother company of Whiz Radio. The station manager of KWHZ is a Mrs. E.A. Thickert.
