History

  The sister of James Cullen, the first Kid Quantum, with power over reality on the quantum level. She was a member of the Uncanny Amazers, the champions of the planet Xanthu in the 30th century. She later joined the Legion of Super-Heroes and became one of its more powerful members. Her dedication and sense of responsibility blossomed after the Blight invasion of the Earth and during the time she was lost in space with other legionnaires. Cosmic Boy recommended her for leadership after the capture of Ra's Al Ghul and she became the new elected leader of the Legion.
