History

  The European branch of Justice League International, led by Captain Atom and later by Green Lantern Hal Jordan. Based in Paris and later in London, the group eventually expanded its remit to cover the rest of the world as well. Catherine Cobert was their United Nations liaison and Sue Dibny often worked with the heroes.
